Full research callouts (21)

  • New(conflict preserved): Crafty Catsman tracker (checked 2026-10-02) lists a 'Printer Only' E1 at $2,109 (no ink); the 2026-09-23 owner-verified store check and today's page show bundles only. Treat the $2,109 SKU as unconfirmed. (The Crafty Catsman tracker)
  • New: Direct check of eufymake.com E1 page (2026-10-22): Basic Bundle $2,409 (unchanged); top bundle is now 'Deluxe Plus (with free gifts)' at $3,709 vs the Deluxe $3,209 tracked earlier; eufyMake Care (print-head replacement plan) $399.99; Black Friday early-access coupons promised from Oct 27. Roll-to-Film Attachment is still marked 'coming soon' while the page FAQ still says it ships end of August-September, so the shipping window logged on 2026-08-26 has lapsed unfulfilled. Bidirectional mode ('2X faster') is now advertised as a released software update (vendor claim, unbenchmarked). (eufymake.com)
  • New: Pricing reconciled by direct store check (owner-verified and confirmed on the E1 product page): the E1 is sold only as bundles now - Basic Bundle $2,409 and Deluxe Bundle $3,209. No printer-only / ink-free SKU remains, superseding the earlier $2,199 (no ink) and $2,499 common-bundle figures. Impact's affiliate catalog still lists a $1,999 E1 SKU that maps to no purchasable standalone. (eufyMake official store)
  • New: Odor/VOC is a recurring owner complaint, distinct from the vendor purifier launch (r/eufyMakeOfficial, observed 2026-09-05). Multiple owners report the resin smell is a real nuisance, several report headaches in the first days, and at least two report returning the machine over odor. The included carbon filter is widely seen as inadequate for the large bed, so owners buy enclosures (about $450 Clearview, or cheaper) or vent out a window — venting or an enclosure is effectively required for daily use. One owner ran an air-quality monitor beside a 2-hour large-bed print with both doors open and reported VOCs staying under the commonly-cited ~500 ppb "relatively safe" line (single amateur measurement, confidence 2). A separate 107-comment thread complains ink cartridges expired within 4 months, context for the disclosed 12-15 month shelf life. (r/eufyMakeOfficial owner reports, organic; affiliate-tagged enclosure links labeled)
  • New: Consumable line reconciled against eufyMake's own store (eufymake.com/products/eufymake-e1-ink). Each 100ml UV ink cartridge is $29.99; a separate 380ml Cleaning Cartridge is also $29.99. The store's stated shelf life is 12 months for UV ink and 18 months for the cleaning cartridge (from production, including transit/storage) — this partially supersedes the earlier vendor "15-month CMYKG shelf-life" blog claim, which is preserved below as a dated conflict rather than averaged. (eufyMake official store)
  • New: eufyMake launched a first-party Purification Series for the E1 — the Exhaust Fan Kit ($179.99 launch / $199.99 MSRP) and the recirculating Purifier P1 ($629.99 launch / $699.99 MSRP; HEPA-13 + 2.4kg carbon, SGS-tested 99.54% TVOC removal). This directly addresses the long-standing odor/VOC complaint but adds cost: the P1 uses a $199.99 replacement filter set (~300–1,700 hrs depending on mode) and requires the separate Exhaust Duct Kit to connect. (eufyMake official blog)
  • New: The Roll-to-Film Attachment now shows a concrete ship window on the official E1 page — end of August through September 2026 — and appears as an orderable E1 + Roll to Film bundle, a shift from its prior repeatedly-delayed status. Marketing still labels it coming soon; no owner delivery confirmation yet. (eufyMake E1 product page)
  • New: Vendor claims (eufyMake blog, not independently verified): a Q3 software update adds bidirectional printing to the single-head E1 with an official A4 test of 18m34s dropping to 9m30s (~2x), and reformulated CMYKG ink now rated 15-month shelf life (white ink still unresolved). Treat as vendor figures pending independent confirmation. (eufyMake official blog)
  • New: Peak-season promo pricing observed on the official store — E1 base $2,409, Basic Bundle $2,359, Deluxe Bundle $3,059 (the Deluxe now sits below the previously tracked $3,299 top end). Flagged as a limited-time offer, not necessarily a new baseline; reported as a dated range point. (eufyMake E1 product page)
  • New: eufyMake lists the replacement UV printhead at $599. Retail listings conflict at $571.29 and $699; report the range without averaging. The official app-guided SOP uses a quick-release swap and ~2.5 mm hex key, so owner replacement does not require a service center. eufyMake Care includes one free replacement plus 30% off additional heads (~$419 effective).
  • New: eufyMake's official US price for each 100ml UV ink cartridge is now $29.99, reduced from $42.99; the 980ml ink-and-cleaning kit is $209.99. Subscription and regional pricing may differ.
  • New(Reddit, r/eufyMakeOfficial and r/printers owner sentiment): broader sampling skews more mixed-positive than press coverage alone suggests -- several long-time owners report the machine has "paid for itself," including one small shop that scaled from 2 to 5 units plus 2 additional E1s across two locations.
  • Ink & mandatory maintenance cost is the #1 complaint across every review — no vacation/idle mode; a beta unit was bricked by improper long-term power-off.
  • AI relief-generation features sit behind a token/credit paywall on top of the hardware cost.
  • Trustpilot aggregate is 2.0/5 (20 reviews) vs. glowing on-site testimonials (95% five-star) — a stark, worth-noting gap.
  • Broke Kickstarter's all-time funding record — reported as either $44M (Forbes) or $46M (Tom's Hardware), a real source conflict.
  • REDDIT OWNER SENTIMENT (r/eufyMakeOfficial, r/printers, July 2026): more mixed-positive than press coverage suggests — many long-time owners report "happy," "paid for itself in the first month," and genuine small-business use; one shop scaled from 2 printers to 5 printers plus 2 eufyMake E1s across two locations.
  • Real owner complaints corroborated independently: white ink "settles" and wastes a lot of ink if not run for a couple of days (moisturizing-mode ink burn); batch/jig alignment can drift ~1mm; metal objects have stuck to the door magnets mid-print and ruined a batch; one owner replaced a clogged printhead ($600) and still burned $300 of ink chasing a bad magenta channel afterward.
  • One Reddit owner running the E1 daily for 9 months confirmed it works but said they're waiting for an i3200-headed alternative (Morpho) rather than buy a second eufyMake, citing F1080-head unclogging hassle and slow support.
  • New: eufyMake E1 Software 5.0 (2026-10-10) adds maintenance modes, saved jig layouts and bidirectional printing support (Crafty Catsman digest, confidence 2-3). IFA previews: an unnamed 2-in-1 fabric printer (DTG + DTF modes planned Q1 2027, no price/specs) and a high-capacity E1 CISS ink tank system (not for sale, no price/date).
  • New(conflict preserved): Crafty Catsman tracker (2026-10-02) lists the Roll-to-Film attachment as 'coming soon', whereas an earlier digest note said it shipped end of Aug 2026. Unresolved; verify on eufymake.com before relying on DTF-attachment availability.
